Cashier's Office Deposit Forms (to be used when EAS is not available)

Use the following forms to make deposits only when EAS is not available.

• Cash Departmental Deposit Journal Form - used by departments and the Cashier's Office that would normally use a journal category of, 'Cash Departmental'
  
  
• Cash Credit Card Deposit Journal Form - used by departments and the Cashier's Office that would normally use a journal category of, 'Cash Credit Card'
  
  
• Cash Credit Card Return Deposit Journal Form - used by departments and the Cashier's Office that would normally use a journal category of, 'Cash Credit Card Return'
  
  
• Cash Student Deposit Journal Form - used by the Cashier's Office that would normally use a journal category of, 'Cash Student'
  
  
• Cash Student Credit Card Deposit Journal Form - used by the Cashier's Office that would normally use a journal category of, 'Cash Student Credit Card'
  
  
• Cash Student Lockbox Deposit Journal Form - used by the Cashier's Office that would normally use a journal category of, 'Cash Student Lbx'
  
  
• Cash Summary Deposit Journal Form - used by departments and the Cashier's Office that would normally use a journal category of, 'Cash Summary'
